Job summary

RISE Services LLC in Dover, Delaware, seeks a Regional Director of Employment Services & Expansion to lead our employment programs across Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island while guiding provider enrollment and multi-state expansion projects.

You will supervise teams, build relationships with state agencies and partners, ensure program quality and compliance, read complex government instructions, and create detailed checklists to move applications to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, rehabilitation, social work, psychology, education, workforce development, or related field preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience in human services, supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, or related setting.
• Previous supervisory or project-management experience.
• Ability to read and apply complicated written instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn electronic records, government portals, and project-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily employment-service operations across the region.
• Supervise Employment Program Managers and staff.
• Establish expectations for service delivery, communication, productivity, and documentation.
• Conduct supervision, meetings, and performance follow-up.
• Monitor caseloads, staffing, service utilization, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and CARF standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.
• Build relationships with agencies, schools, employers, families, and referral partners.
• Prepare accurate staffing and performance reports.
• Escalate concerns appropriately.
• Travel and expansion-related project management.
