Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, rehabilitation, social work, psychology, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum three years in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, or related program.
• At least two years of supervisory/lead experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities and person-centered outcomes.
• Ability to follow state, funder, and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to Employment Program Managers, Specialists, and staff.
• Oversee employment services including supported employment, job development, coaching, and transition supports.
• Monitor referrals, caseloads, authorizations, service delivery, and documentation quality.
• Ensure compliance with state vocational rehabilitation, Medicaid waiver, CARF, and funding requirements.
• Review case records and billing documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Track staff productivity, client outcomes, and program performance.
• Lead supervision meetings, team meetings, and field observations.
• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Build relationships with referral sources, state agencies, and community partners.
• Travel to offices and community sites; provide direct client services when needed.
