Job summary

RISE Services LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Employment Services & Expansion to lead employment programs across Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island, and to coordinate provider enrollment and multi‑state expansion projects.

Based in Columbia, Frederick, or Dover, this in‑person leadership role requires regular regional travel, strong supervisory skills, and a hands‑on approach to building referrals and ensuring program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; substantial experience considered.
• At least three years of relevant experience in human services, supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, or related setting.
• Previous supervisory, team‑lead, project‑management, or program‑management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employees, complex projects, documentation, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong research, writing, proofreading, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply detailed written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employment programs across Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island.
• Supervise Employment Program Managers and staff; set expectations for service delivery and conduct.
• Coordinate provider enrollment and multi‑state expansion projects.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region and maintain in‑person leadership presence.
• Prepare reports on staffing, referrals, service delivery, and compliance.
