Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years (PhD) or 12+ years (MS) in multispecific or antibody engineering.
• Experience designing, expressing, and purifying proteins, biologics, multispecifics.
• Knowledge of multispecific landscape and therapeutic areas.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and produce multispecific biologics for multiple therapies.
• Serve as SME on cross-functional teams, providing updates and recommendations.
• Lead on 1–2 projects, manage molecule-related activities and timelines.
• Identify and solve technical problems; implement new research ideas.
• Ensure consistency and quality of technical reports.
• Present work internally and at conferences; publish papers or patents.
