Job summary

You will lead process development strategies, collaborate with chemistry, analytics, and regulatory teams, and contribute to scalable manufacturing solutions and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Chemical/Bio Engineering with 12+, 10+, or 4+ years of relevant industrial experience.
• PhD candidates with pertinent research exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Job level commensurate with experience, with strong technical leadership expected.
• Demonstrated ability to solve difficult technical problems and champion new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development for bioprocesses and establish scalable manufacturing processes.
• Develop research plans to characterize new assets and demonstrate processes in pilot plant.
• Collaborate with organic chemists, analytical chemists, and pilot plant teams; prepare regulatory filings.
