Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 3 years operational experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred in Healthcare, Administration, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Promote financial viability by monitoring revenue, expenditures, and resource management.
• Coordinate facility needs and parking/keys for new providers and staff.
• Supervise non-provider staff: scheduling, coaching, productivity, and payroll functions.
• Participate in hiring, verify qualifications, orient staff and ensure training.
• Provide staffing models to cover workload and hours across subspecialties.
• Coach staff to maximize customer service excellence and accountability.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and encounter processing policies.
• Resolve patient and staff issues through effective communication with leadership.
• Implement quality improvement programs and action plans to reach goals.
• Maintain personnel files and physician credentials and licensure records.
• Travel up to 10%.
