Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certification in CMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, or NRCMA with eligibility documented for certification within six months.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Assure efficient patient flow; escort to exam room, obtain vitals, document visit details and allergies.
• Assist with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and specimen collection per protocol.
• Stock exam rooms, disinfect/sterilize equipment, and maintain inventory.
• Support providers and nurses; communicate with the care team for smooth operations.
• Adhere to opening/closing procedures and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Perform delegated duties and participate in staff meetings.
