Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certification within 6 months from set of eligible exams (CMA, RMA, NCCT, NHA, NRCMA) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems are required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the clinic and assist with examinations.
• Support practitioners with procedures and routine testing as directed.
• Maintain clean and safe exam rooms and manage supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and care team to promote satisfaction.
• Perform delegated duties in the specialty practice as assigned.
