Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks Medical Assistants to provide coverage across multiple specialties in the North Region. You will room patients, obtain vital signs, assist with providers and perform lab draws, EKGs, and EMR updates.

The role requires basic certification or qualifying pathway, BLS, and willingness to travel between Northwestern Medicine locations. Strong teamwork and patient communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification as Medical Assistant or pathway qualifying for certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Clinical experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient with computer systems and electronic medical records.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Northwestern Medicine locations.
