Quincy Medical Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager of Medical Specialties to lead daily operations across Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, and Nephrology. You’ll coach supervisors, partner with physician leaders, and drive improvements to access, quality, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field.
Prior healthcare leadership experience with responsibility for multiple departments or multispecialty operations.
Experience leading specialty, ambulatory, or multispecialty medical practice operations preferred.
Demonstrated success leading teams, improving operational performance, and managing change.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

Provide operational leadership for Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Neurology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, and Nephrology.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and staff while fostering accountability and teamwork.
Partner with physician leaders to support efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient experiences, and high-quality care delivery.
Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators and implement strategies to improve access, productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction.
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives.
Oversee staffing plans, scheduling strategies, and resource allocation to meet patient demand and goals.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and standardize processes across departments.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and patient safety initiatives.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives.
Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and support responsible resource utilization.
Lead change management efforts and facilitate cross-department communication during initiatives.
