Job summary

Quincy Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Internal Medicine, ACC, and Clinical Float teams to provide operational and clinical leadership across ambulatory care settings. You will help ensure efficient clinic performance and high-quality patient care while guiding providers, managers, and staff.

The role emphasizes mentorship, staff development, and collaboration with leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with ambulatory care or multispecialty practice preferred.
• Experience using electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of clinical staff and patient care.
• Coordinate staffing, float coverage, and scheduling for clinic operations.
• Conduct daily huddles and communicate departmental priorities.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support adoption of EHR workflows and clinical protocols.
