Job summary

BonnaVilla seeks a Production Construction - Final Finish Floater to support its Aurora, Nebraska manufacturing line. The role moves across the production floor to complete tasks such as framing, painting, tile, electrical, flooring and rework as prioritized by supervision.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong commitment to quality. On-site full-time employment includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to multiple site

Qualifications

Experience in construction and ability to interpret blueprints.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Move across the production line to support tasks as prioritized by the Manufacturing Manager.
Understand blueprints and layout/build products accurately from them.
Work across framing, paint, tile, electrical, flooring and rework as needed.
Maintain high quality workmanship and safety standards.
Use staple/nail guns and various power and hand tools as required.
