Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing/distribution, QA, assembly, testing, or hands-on environment.
• Experience with MS Office and Fishbowl Inventory is a plus.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Merges and organizes kits for the team.
• Packages finished goods using packaging machine.
• Cuts materials to precise lengths with tapes, measuring tools.
• Uses ERP system (IFS) to track and log material data.
• Assembles, tests, and modifies prototypes or parts, including soldering.
• Uses safety equipment and follows PPE procedures.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and supports team duties.
