Chief Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Construction- Final Finish Floater to support the production line across multiple areas. The role involves framing, painting, tiling, electrical, flooring, and rework as needed to cover absences and heavy schedules.
The candidate should have 1–3 years in construction, understand blueprints and production orders, and be proficient with staple/nail guns and various hand and power tools. This is an on-site, full-time position with full benefits.

The production floater will move throughout the production line helping complete tasks as prioritized by the Manufacturing Manager to fill in for absentees as well as assist areas in times of difficult line mix or heavy work schedules. These tasks would include, but not restricted to, framing, paint, tile, electrical, flooring, and rework.
