The successful candidate will be flexible, able to read work instructions, and communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn multiple roles within production.
• Must read work instructions and labels.
• Able to read tape measures and understand measurements.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties across multiple positions within lumber yard, mill, or finish line.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Assist team members and support production goals.
• Read tape measures accurately for proper wood separation.
• Identify width variations in lumber.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision or management.
