AHF Products in West Plains, MO is seeking a Floater for the 1st shift to support production by filling in at multiple roles across the mill and finish line. This position requires dependability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

You will read work instructions, follow labeled procedures, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, and the role involves standing, lifting up

Qualifications

• Flexible and willing to learn multiple roles within the production process.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures.
• Ability to read work instructions and labels.
• Efficient communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a team and follow instructions.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties across multiple positions within lumber yard, mill, or finish line.
• Follow all specific responsibilities outlined in the job description for each role assigned.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Assist team members and support production goals.
• Must be able to accurately read tape measure to enable correct separation of wood.
• Must be able to quickly identify width variation in lumber.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervision or management.
