BonnaVilla seeks a Production Construction - Final Finish Floater to support its Aurora, Nebraska manufacturing line. The role moves across the production floor to complete tasks such as framing, painting, tile, electrical, flooring and rework as prioritized by supervision.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong commitment to quality. On-site full-time employment includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to multiple site

Responsibilities

Description

The production floater will move throughout the production line helping complete tasks as prioritized by the Manufacturing Manager to fill in for absentees as well as assist areas in times of difficult line mix or heavy work schedules. These tasks would include, but not restricted to, framing, paint, tile, electrical, flooring, and rework.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding of blueprints, production orders and the ability to layout and build products accurately from them.
• Knowledge of the entire production line.
• Have a high regard for quality work.
• Must be able to use a staple and nail gun, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, and other equipment as required by the specific job.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred

1-3 years:

Experience in construction. Preferably knowledge in all fields listed above.
