Job summary
Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician for a beautiful housing complex. The role focuses on apartment maintenance, turns, and safety, with responsibilities spanning plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, grounds, and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
- EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.
- Valid driver''s license required.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance & turns: complete service requests in occupied apartments.
- Turn vacants to ready for leasing; remove trash and assist with evictions.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
- Repair basic appliances; lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- Carpentry & painting: repair/replace drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, tile work; paint and touch up.
- Maintain common areas and exterior lighting; snow removal for safety.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inventory tasks.
- Complete work per municipalities and inspectors; report issues to management.
