Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and semiskilled maintenance and repair of client facilities, equipment and grounds.
• Conduct unit inspections before move-ins and after move-outs; coordinate required repairs.
• Coordinate purchases of tools, supplies and equipment; maintain common areas.
• Show units to prospective tenants and address resident service requests.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain building cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and build rules; training provided by the company.
