Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Some knowledge of computers preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance - drywall repair, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry.
• Operates power tools.
• Conducts inspections of units prior to move-ins and post move-outs to determine condition of space.
• Coordinates repairs and distribution of security deposits due to prior tenants.
• Coordinates purchasing of tools, supplies and equipment.
• Shows units to prospective tenants as needed.
• Ensures timely completion of resident service requests.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies and maintains safety.
