Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a luxury apartment community in Charlotte, NC. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to work orders with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and a resident-first attitude. On-site work, standard hours with occasional after-hours and weekend rotations are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year Maintenance Technician experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work after hours and on-call when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of interior and exterior areas.
• PM on unit and building level equipment.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies in rotation.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Assist with grounds work and light landscaping.
