Comstock Companies is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service a luxury apartment community in Arlington. You’ll handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to on-call requests to keep a five-star living environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
• Maintenance technician with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide A-class customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of interior and exterior areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to work orders promptly.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and assist with grounds work.
