Job summary

Comstock is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service a luxury apartment community. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep our five-star living environment.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and resident-focused service. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year as a Maintenance Technician, CFC certification preferred, and experience with Yardi/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven maintenance experience (1+ year) in property settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Perform repairs, maintenance and cleaning of interior and exterior areas.
• Carry out PM on unit and building equipment.
• Respond to on-call rotations and emergencies.
• Repair and maintain showers, sinks, appliances, doors and walls.
