Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to tackle apartment and property maintenance duties while upholding the highest standards of customer service and curb appeal.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds, maintain safety, and respond to emergencies as needed. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in property management or related field are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Keep work orders updated and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance.
