Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at a manufactured home community. The role includes painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work and landscaping, and requires the ability to work autonomously while following health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have property maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license; CMRP certification is a plus. Weekly pay is offered as part of our compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CMRP certification desired.
• Experience in building or property maintenance is preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and repair of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs such as locks and windows.
• Undertake pest control tasks by spraying insecticide.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and handle assigned tasks.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in good condition.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence.
• Mow, edge, weed eat, and maintain equipment.
