Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician for a Manufactured Home Community. The role covers painting, remodeling, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping, with the ability to work autonomously while following health and safety guidelines.

Strong reliability and responsibility are required to maintain resident standards and services. The position reports to the Community Manager and involves a broad range of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have property and/or building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality; inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (locks, windows).
• Conduct general upkeep and landscaping.
• Keep grounds and landscaping in good condition.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
• Mow, weed, and hedge trim; perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
