Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Manufactured Home Community. The role covers painting, remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscaping. You will work autonomously while observing health and safety guidelines to deliver high standards to residents.

The ideal candidate has property or building maintenance experience, with CMRP desired and a valid driver’s license. A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building/home maintenance preferred.
• CMRP desired.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must have property and/or building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repairs of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems; inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
• Pest control activities including spraying insecticide.
• General upkeep and grounds/landscaping.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
• Mow, weed, hedge trim; maintain equipment.
