Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills including CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance per codes; document in CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintain mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Handle routine to moderately complex grounds, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Respond to emergencies per defined plans; perform repairs as directed.
• Respond to occupant requests; provide status updates on corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Inspect/repair fire doors, hardware, and smoke partitions.
• Read blueprints and manuals to complete assignments.
