Job summary

Hopehealth Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Florence, SC location. The role focuses on routine building maintenance tasks and requires a high school diploma; an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and a clean 10-year driving record are required. Responsibilities include inspecting structures, minor electrical and plumbing work, painting and carpentry, and assisting administrators via Help Desk tickets.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field preferred.
Related maintenance experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to present a 10 year driving record upon hire.

Responsibilities

Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and needed repairs.
Performs minor electrical maintenance including replacement or repair of fixtures.
Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work.
Responds to Help Desk Tickets from Practice Administrators promptly.
Must be able to work flexible hours; some weekends and evenings may be required.
Moves furniture and medical equipment.
Replaces air conditioning filters.
Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
