• Maintains mechanical/electrical systems such as BAS, HVAC, electrical/plumbing.
• Performs grounds maintenance, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Responds to emergencies and executes defined response plans.
• Addresses building occupant requests promptly.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Reads blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete tasks.
