Iron Mountain in the United States is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance across interior and exterior environments. You will help ensure reliability, safety, and equipment performance while supporting critical infrastructure and on-call operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years in industrial or facility maintenance, PADEP Deep Mine Safety Certified Mine Foreman, First Aid/CPR, valid driver's license,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or technical degree preferred.
• At least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or facility settings.
• PADEP Deep Mine Safety Certified Mine Foreman.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Windows and MS Office.
• Strong communication and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems (single-phase and three-phase).
• Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of generator operations.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and NFPA 70E safety practices.
• Operate HVAC units and control systems (air handlers, dampers, chillers).
• Install and service plumbing/piping systems (steel, PVC, copper).
• Conduct facility repairs including carpentry and drywall.
• Perform interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Inspect and test facility alarm and security systems.
• Use hand/power tools and testing equipment safely.
• Provide solid customer service to internal/external teams.
• Take on additional maintenance duties as assigned.
