Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production machinery and facility systems running at peak efficiency. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure a safe, continuous operating environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial electrical plant maintenance, reads blueprints, and can apply basic algebra and geometry to tasks while effectively communicating technical information.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial electrical plant maintenance and general mechanical maintenance (hydraulics, fabrication, welding).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Proven diagnostic problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components of production equipment and facility infrastructure, ensuring rapid return-to-service and minimized downtime.
• Collaborate with Operations, shift supervisors, and vendors to schedule and perform preventive maintenance, extending equipment life and reliability.
• Ensure safety standards and electrical codes compliance and document all repair and maintenance activities.
