Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience, or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, and carpentry.
• Ability to use instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges for testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and adjustments on doors, dock levelers, freezer doors, sprinkler systems, and electrical components per OSHA standards.
• Maintain and repair roofing systems, HVAC systems, and office spaces.
• Inspect and test operating equipment for OSHA and operational compliance.
• Maintain tools, machinery, batteries, and chargers in good condition and use equipment properly.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and respond to security alarm calls as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on external equipment and grounds (snow removal, painting, paving).
• Work flexible shifts, including on-call assignments, and keep work areas clean.
