Job summary

Patrick Properties, Llc is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day upkeep of five private event venues and related properties. You will handle general maintenance tasks and coordinate with team members to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory management, and on-call support for emergencies. A high school diploma and hands-on trade skills are required, with willingness to work weekends and outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
• Skilled in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Ability to devise preventive maintenance plans and problem-solve.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to complete on-call maintenance needs as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, HVAC troubleshooting across all properties.
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance programs and required tools.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and purchase within guidelines.
• Conduct routine patrols of assets, grounds, and parking areas.
• Be available for a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call emergencies.
