Job summary

Patrick Properties Events, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to independently handle facility tasks with minimal oversight. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors/hardware, and general maintenance while supporting preventive programs across all PPHG properties.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, conducting site patrols, and being available for on-call emergencies. Candidates should have a HS diploma and relevant maintenance experience, plus a valid driver’s

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience with commercial building maintenance or in a similar role.
Skilled in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
HVAC/refrigeration or commercial kitchen equipment certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong interpersonal/organizational skills and on-call readiness.
Commitment to respectful, community-minded teamwork.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC troubleshooting across buildings and grounds.
Establish and carry out preventative maintenance programs per manufacturers' recommendations and required tools.
Maintain inventory of facilities supplies and Procure items within purchasing guidelines; perform routine site patrols.
