Job summary

Patrick Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs for five private event venues and related properties in Charleston. You will perform a range of tasks and work both with a team and independently to ensure facilities are safe and well maintained.

The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to meet a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance or similar role.
• Skilled in light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks across venues and properties.
• Establish and carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and purchase within guidelines.
• Conduct foot patrols of assets and grounds.
• Support a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call emergencies.
