• Manage electrical systems: diagnose circuits, replace breakers, fixtures, and tests for proper operation.
• Execute preventative maintenance and participate in on-the-job training within apprenticeship program.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as repairs to doors, windows, flooring and trim.
• Perform HVAC maintenance including filters, belts, coils, and basic repairs as needed.
