Qualifications

• Job related accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program.
• 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by related certification or training.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance across carpentry, locksmith, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting for residence halls.
• Troubleshoot and complete advanced maintenance tasks; follow up with supervisor and document work orders.
• Work in scheduled maintenance windows and participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.
