Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General maintenance experience related to the area of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform apprentice level work for multi-skilled trades and progress through skill levels.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for university buildings as assistant/primary maintenance representative.
• Unstops, changes, replaces or re-hangs commercial toilets, urinals, and sinks; test valves and parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems including filters and bearings.
• Trace circuits, change breakers, bulbs, switches and receptacles; test emergency lighting.
• Promote a safe workplace and adhere to OSHA and NEC training; uphold LOTO policy.
