Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic algebra and geometry helps in measurements and layouts.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, manuals and charts.
• Experience with routine maintenance and repair tasks is preferred.
• Ability to perform skilled tasks with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation, maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Perform carpentry, masonry, painting and other building trades as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance/repair records and reports.
• Work outside regular hours including on-call, holidays, nights and weekends when required.
