Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related trade training or experience.
• Ability to perform complex maintenance across carpentry, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boiler operation.
• Experience or ability to lead and guide others in similar work.
• Ability to operate heavy and light equipment and maintain grounds and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance and repair tasks in carpentry, masonry, electricity, HVAC, roof, plumbing and boiler operation.
• Assist with overall management of agriculture research and extension functions.
• Responsible for cleaning main office facilities and all meeting spaces at Sandhill REC as directed.
• Operate heavy and light equipment and maintain all grounds areas (grass, trees, debris, roads).
