HHHunt, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Abberly Place apartments in Garner, NC. The role focuses on rapid, high-quality in-home repairs and proactive maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

You will diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems while maintaining clean, safe community spaces and communicating with leasing staff. A strong service mindset and ability to handle on-call duties are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certs or 5 years experience.
• EPA 608 Type I & II and CPO required; CAMT designation preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to use smart devices and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in multiple technical areas with strong customer service.
• Notify Service Manager for parts or supplies when inventory is low.
• Participate in an On-Call schedule for emergency responses.
