Job summary

HHHunt is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Abberly Avera. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems while delivering exceptional customer service and keeping resident homes safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in service tech or related fields, EPA 608 Type I & II, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time on-site role offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a service technician or related field.
• EPA 608 Type I & II certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in four technical areas with strong customer service.
• Resolve routine and some moderately complex problems within four technical areas.
• Notify the Service Manager when parts or supplies need to be ordered.
• Participate in On-Call schedule and document time and work as required by policy.
• Maintain required training and certifications, and communicate with the Leasing Office and Service Manager.
• Ensure the community and all work are clean, neat, and safe for residents and staff.
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining proper dress and conduct.
• Maintain and use community equipment and vehicles per policy.
