Job summary

HHHunt is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Abberly CenterPointe apartments. You will diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, and other systems while delivering exceptional service to residents.

The role requires physical stamina to work outside in various conditions and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. You will participate in inspections, work orders, and turns, coordinate with the Service Manager, and maintain documentation and tools.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience in service technician roles or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in four technical areas with strong customer service.
Diagnose and solve routine to moderately complex problems in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more.
Notify the Service Manager about parts or supplies needed to complete a work order.
Participate in On-Call schedule and respond to emergency calls as required by policy.
