Job summary

HHHunt’s Abberly Square apartment community is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician who delivers high-quality service and keeps homes in excellent condition for residents. You diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, and structural issues while providing outstanding customer service.

You will perform inspections, complete work orders, and participate in on-call schedules, coordinating with the Service Manager and contractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of service technician experience or trade school certification.
• EPA 608 Type I & II required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in four technical areas with high customer service.
• Solve routine and some moderately complex problems in four technical areas.
• Notify Service Manager when parts or supplies need ordering.
• Participate in On-Call schedule and document time and work as required.
• Maintain time sheets and communicate with Leasing Office and Service Manager.
• Ensure community and all work is clean, neat, and safe for residents and staff.
