Job summary

HHHunt, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Abberly Solaire apartments. You will diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, appliance, and security systems while delivering exceptional service to residents.

You will participate in an On-Call schedule, maintain certifications, and collaborate with contractors and the Leasing Office. A strong tool set and reliable transportation are required for this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years in service technician or related field.
• EPA 608 Type I & II required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Four technical areas including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, and Swimming Pools.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in four technical areas with strong customer service.
• Solve routine and some moderately complex problems.
• Notify Service Manager when parts or supplies are needed to complete a work order.
• Participate in On-Call schedule and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain required training and certifications.
• Communicate with contractors and vendors as directed.
• Maintain time sheets and communicate charges or deficiencies to Leasing Office/Service Manager.
• Ensure work areas are clean, neat and safe for residents and staff.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to dress codes.
• Maintain community equipment and company vehicles per policy.
