Job summary

HHHunt is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for the Abberly Woods community in Charlotte, NC. You will diagnose and repair in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related systems while delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across multiple trades, the ability to handle outdoor work in varying weather, and strong teamwork with the Leasing Office and Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of service technician experience or trade school in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electricity, or related field.
• EPA 608 Type I & II required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated knowledge in four technical areas including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, and Swimming Pools.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in four technical areas with high customer service.
• Solve routine and moderately complex problems within four technical areas.
• Notify the Service Manager of parts or supplies needed.
• Participate in On-Call schedule for emergency response.
• Maintain training and required certifications as directed.
