Job summary

HHHunt is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Abberly Solaire to deliver high‑quality maintenance and exceptional customer service to residents. The role covers four technical areas including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, with on‑call responsibilities and a focus on safety and timely communication.

You will coordinate with the Service Manager, keep residents informed, and uphold company standards for efficiency, cleanliness, and reliability across the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years in service technician or related field.
• EPA 608 Type I & II required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge in four technical areas including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections, work orders, turns and tasks in four technical areas.
• Notify the Service Manager when parts or supplies are low.
• Participate in On-Call schedule and document time and work as required.
• Maintain required training classes and certifications.
• Communicate with contractors and vendors as instructed.
