Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to support its resident communities. The role involves communicating with residents, vendors, and staff; performing a range of trades; and ensuring units and common areas are kept in top condition.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, stay organized, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to safety and quality maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain common areas and prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Identify, report, and resolve issues for management.
• Assist with on-call maintenance emergencies and overtime as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as required.
