Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of our properties in Lansing, MI. The role involves responding to service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and preparing vacant units for leasing.

You will work both independently and as part of a team to keep common areas safe and clean. You will handle basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, and may be required to work on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Work on-call for emergencies and assist management as required.
